Senior Python Backend Developer

Fintech Company, Great Place to Work, Up to 90k

About the role: We have a Senior Python Backend Developer role available with an established and successful Fintech company based in Central London. You will be working with the latest technologies on the development of a high-performance API layer powering their core financial platform. The role requires strong expertise in Python and RESTful API design, with a solid understanding of relational databases.

Key Skills and experience wanted: Excellent working knowledge of Python and FastAPI or Django REST Framework PostgreSQL, RESTful API design AWS, CI/CD pipelines

Nice to have: Exposure to: Celery, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes and Terraform.

Salary and benefits: 70-90k + 30 days paid holiday, pension and life assurance. Private healthcare, flexible working (3 days office), annual trip away, personal training budget of 10% annual salary towards learning and development (i.e. certifications & courses).
